About the Workshop
Southern Health-Santé Sud organized a full day session to provide charge nurse education on pressure injury prevention, wound assessment and treatment, the round assessment form, mattress selection, ostomy care and skin tears.
Who Should Attend?
Primary target participants would be the PCH and Acute Care Educators, CRNs and Charge Nurses and other floor nurses. Any unfilled available seats would be opened to community and home care nurses.
Note to Participants
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration.
- No registration fee for Southern Health-Santé Sud staff for this course.
- Paid education hours to be paid by the program/site participants are affiliated.
- Participants are advised to bring their own lunch/snacks/drinks.
- Registration is limited and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. (35 maximum participants)
- Registration closes (1) week prior to the session.
