Grief Support Group – Portage la Prairie

Southern Health-Santé Sud’s Palliative Care Program has teamed up with Sunset Palliative Care to offer a 6- week grief support group.

WHO – For anyone (18+) who has experienced the loss of a loved one to a terminal illness

WHERE – Just Be Wellness Studio, Studio Room (back door) 165 Saskatchewan Ave E, Portage la Prairie, MB

WHEN – October 14, 21, 28 & November 4, 18 & 25 from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
