In partnership with the Indigenous community, Southern Health-Santé Sud is committed to increasing the representation of Indigenous peoples within all levels of our workforce that will assist in creating a culturally-safe and responsive organization and, at the same time, minimizing the gap in health outcomes between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous people.
